Auburn Pubilc Theater - Administrative Assistant
Auburn Public Theater, a nonprofit multi-arts center has an opening for an enthusiastic, motivated Administrative Assistant. This part time position (20-25 hours per week) will help administrate office tasks and assigned programs to ensure fundraising growth and increased event attendance. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General office duties

Maintaining efficient record-keeping systems, including databases

Managing organization website

Creating weekly event newsletter

Managing Social Media

Coordinating poster design and distribution

Coordinating media buying

Communication with corporate sponsors, individual donors and patrons

Implementing fundraising and patron initiatives at events


College degree is preferred, but all majors will be considered given a sincere interest in marketing and development

Work history in related fields including internships are a plus


Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Social Media

Event Promotion and fundraising experience
