Any business entity, employing any number of employees, that:

  • is committed to encouraging employee talents and supporting arts and culture.

Each participating organization selects a Company Coordinator from their staff to act as a program liaison. Employee Artists

Any full or part-time employee of participating companies can submit art to the program.

Retirees and interns are eligible at the discretion of their company.

Employee relatives are not eligible.

School art teachers or employees who are also professional artists may submit works, but pieces submitted for adjudication must be in a medium that is not part of their primary art discipline.

Criteria for Submission of Artists' Work

Artwork submitted must be original creations — copies of any published works or craft kits will not be accepted.

Each employee entrant may submit up to three pieces for judging — these works may be all in one category or in various categories. Companies can accept more pieces for exhibit at their discretion, but only three can be indicated for adjudication.

All work submitted must have been completed within three years of entry.

Submitted works must be finished works, display ready, and include hardware for mounting or display — submit display instructions/materials for unusual pieces. Adjudicators and the Everson Museum of Art reserves the right to request that selected pieces be framed or installed with an alternate frame or specific mounting/display hardware to prepare for display at the Everson.
