Robert P. Kinchen Central Library
The Onondaga County Public Library serves residents and neighborhoods in the city of Syracuse. The Robert P. Kinchen Central Library, eight city branches and two satellite libraries deliver free access to fun, learning, and life-changing opportunities, enriching lives and building community.
The Central Library serves the greater Central New York region and houses an important local history and genealogy collection used by researchers from around the world.
Branch libraries strengthen their neighborhoods through educational programming, digital literacy training, job-seeking assistance, and access to government resources.
The branch libraries include: Beachamp, Betts, Hazard, Mundy, Paine, Petit, Soule and White.
The satellite libraries include: Northeast Community Center and Southwest Community Center.
