Cortland Repertory Theatre
Cortland Repertory Theatre, established in 1972, is one of the longest running theatres in New York State. We are a professional live theatre, hiring actors, directors, designers and technicians from around the country. Many of our past performers, directors and designers have gone on to work on Broadway, or have come to our stages after having been on Broadway.
Cortland Rep has two performance facilities: our summer home is the beautiful national historic Little York Pavilion at 6799 Little York Lake Road in Preble. Our winter home (and year round administration and box offices) is "CRT Downtown" , located at 24 Port Watson Street in the city of Cortland.
From June to September, our summer seasons boast six mainstage shows, a perfect blend of plays and musicals, along with one children's show. We also host summer camps for students: "Showstoppers and Superstars" for K- 5 grades and "Stars of Tomorrow" for 5 - 12 grades.
From September to May, at our downtown location, we host a wide variety of events, including dances, concerts, comedy nights and performances at our new performance arts facility in the city of Cortland. We also have youth theatre classes on weekends and after school.
CRT is well respected by audiences, actors and critics, and is known for high quality productions in our beautiful intimate spaces. Find more information, including upcoming shows, directions and printable maps, on our website at www.cortlandrep.org.
